Physical Products. The risk of loss transfers upon our delivery of Physical Products to the carrier. You are responsible for notifying us within 30 days of receipt if a Product is damaged or missing any parts.
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. We attempt to be as accurate as possible but shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in Product descriptions, availability, or pricing displayed on the Site.
Payments must be made online through one of our secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your financial information. You agree to pay all applicable charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Site and Services.
Taxes You are responsible for paying any applicable federal, state, local, or other taxes or duties associated with your order.
Refunds Generally, digital Product purchases are non-refundable. For qualifying purchases, refund requests made within 30 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our sole discretion. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your account statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
Intellectual Property
